Q: Are your staff sober and reliable?
A: Our staff have gone through long-term recovery programs. They are sober, mentally, physically, and spiritually healthy and resilient. When you meet them, you'll be inspired by their presence, energy, and amazing work ethic. They are motivated to give back, which means exceptional service!
Q: How can I be assured of quality work?
A: Our Field Technicians started training at New Roads and have continued with Your Place Property Services. Onsite, they are led by industry professionals with many years of experience. We are so confident in the quality of our work that you won't get invoiced until we know you are satisfied.
Q: Do you vet Your Place employees?
A: Our employees are vetted over two phases. First, the Our Place staff at New Roads Therapeutic Recovery Center get to know each candidate for many months prior to being recommended to Your Place. Second, each candidate is vetted, interviewed, and then trained so you can feel safe that you will get excellent service.
Q: Do you have insurance and WorkSafe?
A: Yes! We carry 5 million in general liability insurance and have WorkSafe for all of our employees.
Q: What makes Your Place different?
A: Aside from the obvious social impact, our communications and backend systems (that track visits, hours, and documentation with automatic reminders and billing) are top-of-the-line. Our equipment is commercial grade and culture is hardworking and inspired. We are responsive to the needs of our customers. Everyone is motivated to give back. Put all this together and you can be assured of great service--without long term contracts.
Q: Will I be locked in with a contract?
A: While we use quotes and contracts, we do not lock our customers into contracts. Instead, we rely on our work ethic and customer service to create longterm relationships. This way you have little risk in trying Your Place for your landscape maintenance.
